Intimacy without marriage

Dear Rabbi,
As a marriage counselor in Spring Valley, New York I keep in touch with a divorced woman who is seeking and intimate relationship for a while. She just yesterday the following question:

“I’m a divorced woman a mother of 2 married daughters. My divorce was painful and my ‘Get’ (divorce document) took a few years for me to receive. I recently met a man from Kensington who also has grown children. We know each other for a few years but he refuses to marry me and wants me to move in with him. How does the Torah consider such intimate relations in a later chapter of our life without marriage?

Such a relationship is totally forbidden. They can do a halachic marriage with Rabbis without registering it it in order not to live in sin.
