Forgot to eat Kazayit of bread
Question: I was planning to eat a little of bread to make a seudah , less than a Beitzah I washed without a bracha, said Hamotzi and took a bite of the bread. I put the bread on the side of my bowl of pasta and forgot about it. I washed Mayim Acharonim and realized I forgot to eat a Kazayit of bread. Was I able to continue eating more bread to make myself obligated in Birkat Hamazon, or since I did Mayim Acharonim I can’t? What should I have done?

The Cutting of the Omer
Dear Rabbi, I'm studying presenting the Omer offering and have some questions. I hope you can answer (some of) them. Just after sunset before the Omer offering it was harvested by 3 men, during a cheerful ceremony. Why 3? Where there 3 sheafs? Is there any significance in it being 3 instead of another number? It's my understanding that on the day the paschal lamb was prepared the above mentioned sheaves where bound/tied while still in the ground. At what time of the day was that done? Just after sunrise, noon, just before sunset? Another time? Last question, before those sheaves were bound they were selected. Was that selection done on the day the sheaves were bound or X days before that?
Said the wrong bracha
Question: On Leil Haseder we made two brachot, on Matzah, Hamotzi and Al Achilat Matzah. I got confused during Chol HaMoed and I thought that since it is Pesach, we say only say the special bracha of Al Achilat Matzah. I didn’t say Hamotzi. When I told my friend, he said it was Shulchan Aruch bracha Levatala and I didn’t make a bracha Rishona the whole Pesach. Is he right?
