Must Vayechulu be said in a Minyan or by Two Jews together?
Dear Rabbi, I became very confused lately when someone said that “ Vayechulu ” at the Friday night davening needs to be said like aidut , which means that two people should say it at the exact same time; then someone said that it should not be said with two people but really you need to say it with ten like kedusha ; then someone said you can even say it with one – just don’t be mechaven for aidut . Then someone said that that’s why Chassidim stand by “ Vayechulu ” when saying Kiddush. What’s really supposed to be done?
Shkiyah and Bein Hashemashot in halacha
Rabbi, I heard from some people that the Mishna Brura was machmir to paskin like shitat HaGr”a to say that the beginning of Shabbat is from the shkiyah , but that in Europe some people still did work after the shkiyah . So is it possible nowadays that someone shouldn’t hold like the Mishna Brura on this? Also, if the Mishna Brura is right and the truth is like the Gr”a, then how’s it possible that some people can still hold like Rabbenu Tam and daven Mincha so late after the shkiyah ?
Zman Tefillah by Chassidim
Dear Rabbi, I did not grow up chassidish, but I saw many times chassidim that were davening after zman tefillah of Shachrit, and sometimes even in the afternoon. Does this have any halachic basis, like, can I do it too?
Question: I live a city where we read the megillah on 14 th of Adar like most cities. After the Seudah of Purim during Arvit, I got confused and I said Al HaNissim in the Tefillah. (Maybe was a little tipsy as well.) Did I make a mistake and if so, do I need to repeat Shmeneh Esrei, or repeat it the next day?

Wording in Tefillah
In the daily Amida, in the section on health and healing it says (Artscrol) "Heal Us, Hashem then we will be healed; save us - then we will be saved. " Why doesn't it just say "heal us, save us"?
Answering Amen to another Bracha that was Completed at the Same Time
There seems to be a halacha that if one finishes a bracha at the same time as another person, you don't respond Amen, lest it appear that you are saying Amen to your own bracha. Example: HaBocher B'Amo Yisrael B'Ahava, many have the minhag to not respond Amen and just start Shema. Is my analysis of the halacha correct? If so, if I finish one bracha, and someone else finishes a different bracha at the same time, can I respond Amen? Example, I am finishing the final bracha in Hallel, and the shatz has already made it to kadish. In the middle of a long bracha like the aforementioned one, can I respond Amen in general at the end of a sentence? Is it more chamor after you say Boruch Ata HaShem...? Should I only respond Amen Y'hai Shmai Raba and Borechu if I am in the middle of a long bracha, yishtabach, and the like.

A Torah Scroll in a pre-school playgroup
Is it permitted to allow children in a play group to kiss a Torah scroll without netilath yadayim (washing their hands with a large cup)? – Does the chazzan (the child that is appointed to lead the morning prayer) need to wash his hands with a cup before the tefillah (praying), since he touches the siddur (prayer book)? – Do all the children need to wash their hands with a cup before praying, since they are saying holy verses? Thank you very much!
