What is the blessing for a cheesecake that contains a mixture of flour and semolina? Thank you very much!

Hello,
If flour is added to the cheesecake to provide taste, the blessing should be mezonot. However, if the flour is added only to stabilize the cake, the blessing should be shehakol.
