Regarding the Establishment of a Mezuzah by Women According to Jewish Law

Dear Rabbi, is it necessary to have several witnesses present, or is one man sufficient? Can a woman establish a mezuzah? Thank you.

Greetings, a woman can also establish the mezuzah (Responsa Shevet HaLevi, Part 2, Siman 178, Section 3; and Hilchot Olam, Part 8, Page 672. This is also stated in the name of Rabbi Yitzchak Shmelkes, zt"l, in the book Ashrei HaIsh, Part Yoreh De'ah, Part 2, Chapter 64, Section 7), and there is no need for the presence of any man.
