I forgot to don tefillin in the morning, so I put on tefillin in the afternoon. What is the text of the blessing on the tefillin and what should I pray with the tefillin?

Hello,
The blessing on the tefillin in the afternoon is as usual, without any changes.
One should recite the Shema and the Shmoneh Esrei of the Mincha prayer while wearing tefillin, along with the passages "Kadesh" and "V'haya Ki Yeviacha."
