Ask the Rabbi - General

Consultation with a Rabbi

AA

Question

Hello esteemed Rabbi. I have been married for almost three years and have a blessed baby. Before my marriage, I attended a seminary where I consulted with the rebbetzin on various matters, and now it is quite challenging for me not to have the guidance and advice of a rebbetzin, especially since I do not live near the seminary and it is now a bit problematic to reach the rebbetzin. I wanted to ask if it is necessary to have a rebbetzin or if I can manage with my husband's yeshiva rabbi... although it is not always possible to catch the rabbi, and it is more comfortable to speak with a rebbetzin. I would appreciate knowing what the rabbi thinks... and if the rabbi could recommend a rebbetzin from the Jerusalem area. Thank you in advance

Answer

Hello and greetings

Generally, your husband's rabbi is sufficient for questions and inquiries. Sometimes there is a need for personal consultation from a woman to a woman, and then it is preferable to consult a rebbetzin.

You can reach out as needed to Rebbetzin Miriam Mastshi at 052-8328470

Wishing you success,

Benjamin Shmueli
