Final Blessing After Eating Couscous with Peas and Carrots

Hello, if I ate couscous with peas and carrots for lunch, what final blessing should I recite? Thank you very much

Hello,
If the peas and carrots are mixed in with the couscous, you should recite only the blessing of Al Hamichya. If they are not mixed, you should recite Al Hamichya for the couscous and Boreh Nefashot for the peas and carrots (see Responsa Yabia Omer, Volume 7, Orach Chaim, Siman 32, Page 485, note; Yalkut Yosef, Siman 282, Section 7).
