Greetings, in addition to the candle we light this year for Shabbat and Yom Kippur, is one also required to light a yahrzeit candle? If so, what should be said upon lighting?

It is customary to light one candle that burns for 24 hours for each head of household. There is no requirement to say anything specific upon lighting.
