How Many Blessings Are in the Shacharit, Mincha, and Ma'ariv Prayers?

Hello Rabbi, I would like to know how many blessings there are in total in Shacharit, Mincha, and Ma'ariv prayers. Thank you.
Answer
Shalom and blessings. The Amidah prayer consists of 19 blessings, and a person who prays three times daily recites 57 blessings in total. In addition, the Shacharit prayer includes 5 blessings, these are the blessings of Baruch She'amar, Yishtabach, and the three blessings of Kriyat Shema. The morning blessings (Birkot HaShachar) number 15 blessings. The 'An'ani' blessing in the morning, along with Birkat Asher Yatzar and Elokai Neshama, are three blessings. The blessings over the Torah are an additional 2 or 3 blessings. In Ma'ariv, there are 4 blessings of Kriyat Shema. Altogether, the total is 86 blessings. Blessings, Binyamin Shmueli.
