Until When Is It Permissible to Recite the Morning Blessings If One Forgot Them?

AA

Question

Hello, it is written in the siddur that there is a sort of 72-minute window from the moment of completing morning needs (the initial ones?) until the recitation of the blessings on washing hands, the "Yotzer" blessing, and the other morning blessings. If the 72 minutes have not yet passed and I have not yet finished dressing, am I permitted to return to the bathroom and thereby "extend" my time window? And if I completely forgot, can I still recite only the morning blessings, as I understood, until 12:00 noon? Thank you very much and with blessings.

Answer

Greetings and blessings,

One only loses the blessing "Asher Yatzar," but not the other blessings, which may be recited later all day long.
