Wearing Tefillin at Midday
Question
Hello, sometimes I am unable to put on tefillin in the morning, and I am very upset because I do not know what to recite at midday. Is it possible to know what should be read at midday?

Greetings and blessings. One should recite the four sections contained in the tefillin, as well as the Shema, the Kedushah, and "Vehaya Ki Yeviacha." It is also highly appropriate to pray Minchah (the afternoon prayer).
