What blessing is recited when a person passes away?

Greetings and blessings. 

When reciting the blessing upon the passing of a close relative, sadly, one blesses "B’shem Malchut" (in the Name and Kingdom of Hashem). This applies likewise to all instances detailed in the Shulchan Aruch where the blessing "Baruch Dayan HaEmet" (Blessed is the True Judge) must be recited, it is said "B’shem Malchut."
