Hello,
I understand that any bread mixed with something sweet requires the blessing of Mezonot.
What blessing is recited over a sandwich with chocolate or jam?
And if it is Mezonot, what amount must one eat before washing hands and saying Hamotzi?

The blessing of Mezonot is recited only when the bread itself is baked with some kind of sweetener.
Such a sandwich requires the blessing of Hamotzi.
