Is It Permissible to Wear Tefillin More Than Once a Day?
Question
1. How many times is one allowed to put on tefillin in a single day?
2. If I put on tefillin in the morning with a blessing and then put them on again later, do I need to recite the blessing again?
3. If I remove the tefillin during prayer to go to the bathroom, do I need to bless again when I put them back on?
4. What is the latest time one may put on tefillin—Is it at sunset according to the calendar, or as long as it is still permissible to pray Mincha, about 12 minutes after sunset while there is still some light?

1. As many times as one wishes.
2. One must recite the blessing again.
3. The majority of poskim hold that one should bless again.
4. If one has already put on tefillin today, it is forbidden to put them on after sunset.
