Shehecheyanu at the Western Wall
Question
Shalom, is a person who comes to the Western Wall after many years obligated to recite the blessing of Shehecheyanu? What is the halacha for women?

Shalom and blessings
One does not recite Shehecheyanu at the Western Wall.
One who has not been at the Western Wall for 30 days, according to the essential halacha, tears one’s garment and recites the blessing of Dayan HaEmet, over the destruction of our Holy Temple that is visible before our eyes.
On Chol HaMoed, it is not customary to recite this blessing.
