If I ate mezonot and then shehakol, what is my after-blessing?

Hello, if I ate food and recited Borei Mezonot, and afterward I ate food and recited Shehakol, which after-blessing do I recite? Borei Nefashot or Al HaMichya, or both? There is concern about reciting blessings in vain - a severe prohibition.
