What blessing is recited over a cheese pastry
Question
I made a pastry whose dough is flour mixed with cheese. Do you recite Mezonot over it? (Sephardim)
Answer
Shalom u'vrachah
One recites Mezonot over it.
It should be noted that a distinguishing sign must be made so that everyone will know that the pastry is dairy.
It is forbidden to bake a pastry with milk without a distinguishing sign.
