Question

Shalom, honor of the rabbi.

If a person went to sleep before midnight and woke up during the night, after midnight, is he required to recite Birkot HaShachar and Birkot HaTorah before reading Tikkun Chatzot?

Answer

Shalom and blessings.

He is required to recite Birkot HaTorah, but he is not required to recite Birkot HaShachar.

With blessings,
