Is It Permitted to Eat Before Birchot HaShachar?
Question
Is it permitted to study Torah and to recite a blessing over a drink or food before Birchot HaShachar?

Shalom and blessings,
It is permitted to study Torah after Birchot HaTorah. One may drink water, and it is customary to be lenient regarding coffee as well, but one may not eat before prayer unless the person is hungry and it is difficult for him to concentrate because of the hunger.
