The name Noy for a girl

Hello, dear Rabbi,
I have heard from several women named Noy that they changed their name to Noya or added a second name, because the name Noy is not acceptable from a halachic standpoint.
I would appreciate receiving the halachic view regarding the name Noy and whether I should add a letter or change my name.

The names Noy/Noya are not ideal, and therefore it is recommended to replace the name or add another name.
