Until when can one pray Shacharit and put on tefillin?

Until when can one pray Shacharit and put on tefillin on a weekday? I know that in general the time for prayer is until 10:15, but if I wake up late, around 10, can I still pray? (Of course not after midday.)

Hello and blessings, After the fact, someone who did not manage to pray Shacharit at the beginning of the day can make up the prayer until midday. Tefillin may be put on after the fact until evening.
