Pigeons on the windowsill

Shalom. 

I have a question that has been troubling me greatly regarding pigeons that surprise us with their visits on the windowsill. My mother tells me that a year before my grandmother passed away, pigeons would come and chirp loudly, and some even entered the house through the window. Is there any sort of sign in this, that a pigeon or any other bird perches on the windowsill and chirps loudly, and that their entry into the house in a manner that is unnatural to them has something to do with the concept called death?
