Is nocturnal emission considered a wasteful emission of seed?

I wanted to ask whether a nocturnal emission, when it comes with an impure dream, is considered the same as wasting seed in vain?

Hello,
If the dream arose from forbidden thoughts during the day, there is a prohibition, and as they said in Tractate Avodah Zarah (page 20b) regarding the verse (Deuteronomy 23:10), "And you shall keep yourself from every evil thing," that a person should not entertain forbidden thoughts during the day and come to impurity at night. However, this is not as severe as one who deliberately emits seed in vain.
