Different Positions in Fulfilling the Mitzvah
Question
Hello, I would like to ask whether there is any problem with performing marital relations in positions different from the usual position?
Answer
To the questioner,
The rule is as follows: if the position draws the spouses closer to one another and is done with mutual agreement and for the benefit of both, it is permitted; but if the position causes one of the spouses to feel repulsion, exploitation, or internal distance from the other, it is forbidden.
