White Wine for Havdalah

Greetings and blessings.
It is well known that the Ramban rules that one does not fulfill the obligation of Kiddush with white wine. However, as I understand it, there is no problem whatsoever with making Havdalah over white wine. May one ideally make Havdalah over white wine?
