Is a Minyan Required for a House Warming Chanukat Bayit Ceremony?

Greetings, I would like to know if a Minyan is required for the prayer of a Chanukat Bayit ceremony. Thank you very much

Greetings,
Ideally, one should gather ten people for the Chanukat Bayit ceremony. If that is not feasible, one can suffice with three people; however, Kaddish should not be recited at the end of the study.
