Should One Recite the Blessing Again on Tallit and Tefillin After Using the Bathroom?

Hello, Honorable Rabbi,
I had to remove my tallit and tefillin to go to the bathroom.
According to the Sephardim, must I recite the blessing again on the tallit and tefillin when I put them on again after using the bathroom?

One does not recite the blessing again on the tallit.
Regarding the tefillin, most Ashkenazim, as well as all who follow the rulings of Maran zt"l, practice like the Mishnah Berurah and recite the blessing again on the tefillin. However, if it is for children, they do not recite the blessing again. Some Sephardim also do not recite the blessing again, as do some Ashkenazim.
