The Names Tahel and Hallel for Girls

Dear Rabbi, I hope you are well.
My wife is about to give birth, and we are pondering a suitable name. My wife really loves and wants the name Tahel, but when we asked my rabbi, he said that the name has no meaning, and therefore, unfortunately, he does not recommend it.
My wife was very disappointed by this.
Additionally, the option of the name Hallel has come up.
What is the rabbi's opinion regarding the names Tahel and Hillel?
And generally, what does the rabbi recommend for girls' names?
