Blessing on Spaghetti with Meat

Hello Rabbi, I understand that for noodles with ground meat (spaghetti Bolognese) one says the blessing of mezonot. Does the ratio between the noodles and the ground meat matter? Because I put the noodles in one dish and the ground meat in another, and I can essentially add as much as I want. Sometimes I add a lot of meat. 2. Does it matter if the noodles and meat are mixed together like a salad, or placed next to each other on the plate? Thank you very much and have a good day, Roi
