For blueberries, the blessing is "Borei Pri Haetz," and the final blessing is "Borei Nefashot."
Sources: See in the book "VeZot HaBerachah" (page 372, letter v) that for all types of blueberries, both known as "blackberry" and "blueberry," the blessing is "Borei Pri Haetz." However, there is a type of "blueberry" that grows wild on bushes lower than three tefachim, and its blessing is "Borei Pri HaAdamah."
