Why the Torah Never Really Ends
Rabbi Daniel Glatstein
Why do we begin Bereishit immediately after completing V’Zot HaBerachah? This teaching explains that the Torah is not a linear book with a beginning and an end, but a continuous circle in which the conclusion leads straight back to the beginning. Our dancing in circles on Simchat Torah reflects that never-ending connection, growth, and journey with Torah.
