Spicy Moroccan Carrot Salad with Garlic

Instructions
Peel the carrots and cook them in salted water for about 30 minutes. After cooking, let the carrots cool and slice them into rounds.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing: peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix it well with the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced carrots to the dressing, mix thoroughly, and let sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
