Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 1/2 head white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 6 dried apricots, diced
  • 5 pitted dried plums (prunes), diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro or sliced scallions

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions
