Grilling Liver in a Ninjah Grill

Hello Rabbi,
I have a question regarding grilling liver.
I purchased a device called a Ninjah Grill. It is essentially a pot with a grid that simulates grilling on a barbecue. The issue is that the pot only operates when closed, but all the juices go down. Is it permissible in this way?
