Dear Rabbi, hello. What is the blessing for meat-filled pastries made from dough that are cooked in water with sauce? What is the first and last blessing? Thank you very much.

Mezonot. The last blessing if one eats a volume of a kiseit (olive-sized portion) of the dough is Al HaMichya, and if not, one blesses Borei Nefashot.
