Regarding Yom Kippur and Perfume

Hello, esteemed rabbi. I asked questions two days ago, but I have not received answers, and I have more questions. Is it permissible to apply perfume before the fast on Yom Kippur, and may I wear a leather belt that includes metal? And is the havdalah done as usual after Saturday night? It is permissible to apply perfume before the holiday. You may wear a leather belt.
This year, when Yom Kippur falls on Shabbat, havdalah is performed as usual after every Saturday night.
