Is it permitted to engage in marital relations from tonight until the evening of Rosh Hashanah, or is there a requirement to wash, purify, and sanctify?

It is permitted to engage in relations without any concern.
On Rosh Hashanah itself, ideally one should not engage in relations except on the night of immersion, but someone who is concerned that he might come to emissions of semen, G-d forbid, should not refrain from engaging for the sake of Heaven and will receive great reward for it.
