Visiting the Grave Before Yom Kippur

Shalom. Please tell me, do we need to visit the cemetery before Yom Kippur to light a candle at the graves of family members?

There is no obligation. One may light the candle at home.
In some places, it is customary to visit the graves to ask the deceased to pray for us.
