Is it Permissible to Wear Leather Clothing on Yom Kippur?

Dear Sir or Madam,

It is forbidden to wear leather shoes on Yom Kippur (Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chayim, Siman 610, Seif 2), however, there is no prohibition regarding other garments made of leather (see also Sefer Likut Yosher, Chelek Orach Chayim, page 140).
