The name Yizka is good for a girl, as the Torah (Genesis 11:29) calls Sarah "Yizka," and as stated in the Gemara in tractate Megillah (14a), Yizka refers to Sarah. The reason she was called Yizka is because she was blessed with the Holy Spirit, and also that everyone praises her beauty.
