Learning Torah on Yom Kippur

Hello Rabbi, is it permissible to learn Torah on Yom Kippur? If there is no prohibition, what is the best thing to study on this day?

During the time free from prayer, it is a great mitzvah to learn Torah, and the merit of Torah is vast and profound on this day.
You may study whatever you wish, but especially topics related to Yom Kippur and matters of repentance.
