Is it Permissible to Apply Serum and Facial Cream on Shabbat?

Hello Rabbi,
Last week I asked whether it is permissible to use facial cream on Shabbat and I saw that the Rabbi answered: If it is something that healthy people also use, it is permissible to apply it provided that it is completely absorbed into the skin, because otherwise it involves the prohibition of spreading on Shabbat.
I couldn't fully understand,
Is a lightweight facial cream that is fully absorbed into the skin permissible for use on Shabbat?
