Rabbi Oyerbach is a God-fearing individual, and in his opinion, the poultry is considered mehadrin (stringent) for all groups and communities.
Most certifying agencies take a stricter approach regarding poultry and do not accept his opinion on this matter and do not agree with his leniencies.
