Is it permissible to eat fish with butter?

I heard that Rabbi Ovadia permits Sephardim to cook fish with butter. Is this true? Thank you very much.

Indeed, Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, zt'l, in his responsa Yabia Omer, Volume 6 (Siman 58), states that Sephardim should avoid eating fish with milk or cheese due to health concerns. However, those who have the custom of eating fish with butter may continue their practice.
