Dream Interpretation - Snake Bite

Hello, I had a dream around 6:56 in the morning, and I felt that the dream has significance. I don’t remember much from the dream, but I primarily recall a person, as if in a movie, lying in bed and telling his wife that he was bitten by a snake and shot in the knee. Then I feel as if I see myself being surrounded by a bee; I try to swat it away and eventually it stings me on the palm of my hand. I actually see the sting and pull it out, and then I feel that the man who was bitten by the snake is actually me! When I woke up, I had the feeling that I was indeed bitten, but in the area behind my knee, a bit below the knee, somewhat unclear and confusing, but the feeling is that the man is me who was bitten and stung; by the way, I am a girl.
