A Remedy Against a Bad Neighbor?

Hello, new neighbors have moved in below our apartment, and they are really disturbing us, constantly grilling. We have kindly asked them to be considerate, but they are completely unresponsive. What remedy is there for getting rid of a bad neighbor?

Aside from the morning prayer, I do not have any additional remedy.
Here is the text of the prayer:
יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יְדֹוָד אֱלֹהַי וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתַי שֶׁתַּצִּילֵנִי הַיּוֹם וּבְכָל יוֹם מֵעַזֵּי פָנִים וּמֵעַזּוּת פָּנִים. מֵאָדָם רָע. וּמֵחָבֵר רָע. וּמִשָּׁכֵן רָע. וּמִפֶּגַע רָע. וּמִשָּׂטָן הַמַּשְׁחִית. מִדִּין קָשֶׁה וּמִבַּעַל דִּין קָשֶׁה. בֵּין שֶׁהוּא בֶן בְּרִית וּבֵין שֶׁאֵינוֹ בֶן בְּרִית:
