Recalling a Deceased Loved One on Friday

Hello, esteemed Rabbi,
The memorial for my mother, of blessed memory, falls on the 14th of Cheshvan...
This year it falls on Friday, and I was told that I need to move the memorial observance to Thursday....
Regarding the visit to the cemetery on Friday morning, my question is when should I recite the mishnas and blessings on Thursday... after Mincha and Maariv.... or perhaps after Mincha and before Maariv, so that it can be considered the 14th of Cheshvan, the day of the memorial?

The recitation of the mishnas and blessings should be done on Thursday night, and the visit to the cemetery should take place on Friday, preferably before noon.
