Dreams in Which I Commit Murder

Hello Honorable Rabbi, 

I have dreamed approximately 5-7 times that I am murdering someone, but I did not actually see myself doing it; rather, I just knew it in the dream. For example, I knew that someone was buried in a certain place and that I was responsible for it. Needless to say, this is a very frightening and distressing feeling (my emotions in dreams are very vivid). The last dream was a few months ago. A few days ago, I connected these dreams to an event in my life: before I became religious and strengthened my observance, I had a girlfriend, and once she became pregnant and we had an abortion at an advanced stage (I believe the third month). Until now, I had no connection between these incidents. In the Rabbi's opinion, is there a connection? What should I do?
