Cemetery Visits: When Is It Permissible to Visit a Grave?

Hi, I would like to know if it is permitted to visit the grave of someone whose year of mourning has already passed. Also, is it acceptable to visit at night, after sunset? And if so, should one recite the entire text?

After the year of mourning has passed, it is permissible to visit the grave occasionally, and it is allowed even to visit at night. However, one should not excessively visit graves. Additionally, a woman during her menstrual period should not go to the cemetery. One does not recite Tehillim from the beginning of the night until midnight. With blessings, Binyamin Shmueli
